We specialize in non-damaging low pressure Roof Cleaning. With the combination of biodegradable chemicals and detergents we can remove those ugly stains off of your roof without damaging the shingles. These stains are actually not dirt they are algae, mold and bacteria that is feeding off of the lime used in shingles. Many times when customers see the presence of algae stains on their roof they think its time for replacement but in many cases all a roof needs is a good, professional cleaning to restore the original look and health. Roof manufactures typically offer a 25 year warranty so why do so many people replace their roofs after only 10-15-20 years? Perhaps its that they didn’t know they could clean them. Removing Algae
The best way to remove algae from your roof is with low pressure. The last thing you want to do is use a high pressure system to clean your roof. By using a high pressure system you will likely damage the shingles by loosening or removing the granules and potentially lifting the shingles up and causing leaks.
