What is Housewash, and how does it work?
Housewashing is a low-pressure soft wash technique designed to remove dirt, mildew, algae, and grime from your home’s siding without damaging the surface. We use eco-friendly detergents that are safe for pets, plants, and your property.
How often should I schedule a housewash?
We recommend a professional housewash once every 6 to 12 months, depending on your environment, surrounding trees, and exposure to sunlight and moisture.
What surfaces do you clean with the Surface Cleaning service?
Our surface cleaning covers driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, pavers, concrete, and more. We use high-pressure or soft wash techniques depending on the surface material to ensure effective and safe cleaning.
Is Roof Treatment safe for my shingles and roofing materials?
Yes! We use a gentle, non-pressure soft wash method with specially formulated solutions to treat algae, moss, lichen, and mold. This preserves the life of your shingles and avoids roof damage caused by high pressure.
How long does a typical service take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of the area being cleaned. Most housewash and surface cleanings take 2–4 hours. Roof treatments may take slightly longer due to setup and safety precautions.
Do I need to be home during the service?
It’s not necessary as long as we have access to water and the exterior areas being cleaned. We’ll confirm access instructions with you ahead of time.
Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. We use biodegradable, eco-safe solutions that are tough on dirt and algae but gentle on your home and the environment.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
We monitor weather conditions closely. Light rain usually won’t affect the service, but in case of heavy rain or storm, we’ll reschedule at your convenience.
