What is soft washing, and how is it different from pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure combined with special cleaning solutions to safely remove dirt, algae, and mold from delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and decks. It’s much safer than high-pressure washing, which can cause damage to surfaces like shingles or wood.
What surfaces do you clean with your Housewash service?
We clean siding, soffits, fascia, brick, decks, screened porches, and more. If it’s part of your home’s exterior, we can likely clean it effectively and safely.
Will your roof treatment damage my shingles?
Not at all. Our roof treatment is designed specifically for asphalt shingles. It kills black algae (Gloeocapsa magma) and gently restores the roof’s original appearance without harming the materials.
